Message from the UPP
The Unit Penuntut-Penuntut (UPP) is currently implementing a new system to improve the process of the reimbursement of claims made by scholarship students in the United Kingdom and EIRE.
The introduction of the new forms is to ensure that claims will be processed within the stated 2 – 3 week period. Every claim sent into the UPP after 1 January 2011 is required to have the Lampiran A(the claim letter) and Lampiran B (the checklist).
Lampiran B ensures that before a claim is sent to the UPP, all relevant documents are attached allowing staff to concentrate on processing claims rather than chasing after incomplete requests.
Students who intend to claim will find the forms provided for them on the UPP website (www.upp.org.uk). These will need to be filled in and returned to the UPP along with any other relevant documents as stated in Lampiran B.
Please ensure you keep a copy of your receipts for your own reference.
